You can have the best tools, the newest platforms, and the smartest AI model, and still build the wrong thing.
The real value of technology comes from connecting the dots:
Business needs → Processes → People → Data → Systems → Automation
And sometimes, the right answer is no automation at all.
If a process happens twice a month, automating it might create more complexity than simply doing it manually.
Architecture matters too. It needs to stay clean along the way.
Because a solution that works today but creates a bigger mess tomorrow is just patchwork.
